Kettle Application Day for The Salvation Army of Washoe County

Nov 12, 2019 | by Christopher Hall

Reno, NV (November 12, 2019) – The Salvation Army is getting ready for the 2019 Red Kettle Campaign. We rely on both volunteers and paid bell ringers in order to have a successful campaign. We are looking for individuals who are willing to stand up to 8 hours in the outdoors to collect money for our Red Kettle Campaign and help The Salvation Army “Do the Most Good” for families this Christmas Season and throughout the year.

All who are interested in ringing bells for The Salvation Army are invited to come to an information meeting to learn what being a “Bell Ringer” is all about. You will have the opportunity to fill out an application following the meeting. The Meeting will be on Wednesday, November 13 at 10:00 AM.

The Red Kettle Campaign is always the biggest fundraiser for The Salvation Army and all the money that is collected from our Red Kettle Campaign stays local here in Washoe County. This money helps supports the many programs that we have going on in Washoe County.
