Reno, NV (September 18, 2019) – The Salvation Army’s Territorial Headquarters located in Rancho Palos Verdes, CA has announced that Majors Charles and Shari Fowler of The Salvation Army of Washoe County have been appointed to the Anaheim Adult Rehabilitation Center, in Anaheim, California. Majors Fowlers have been in Reno since July 2015. Coming to The Salvation Army of Washoe County will be Majors Darren & LeAnn Trimmer. They are relocating from San Francisco and arrive on October 16th.

“A phone call, especially at this time of year, was a big surprise for us”, said Major Chuck Fowler. He continued, “We have met some amazing people and when we eventually retire from active work, I’m sure Reno will be near the top of our favorite appointments and places we have lived. We have loved our time in Washoe County.” Majors Fowler are very grateful for the many supporters of The Salvation Army that have helped to make their time in Reno so rewarding. They hope the community will continue to support the work of here and that the Majors Trimmer will continue to build the great ministry of The Salvation Army here.
