The Salvation Army will open up Rental Assistance on October 1st, 2020. You may apply for Rental Assistance if you are in need of help. Please note that our offices will be quite busy during this time and that we will try to get to you in a timely manner. Please read through this web page to help make your process as smoothly as possible.
Please download both the Client Application and Property Manager Application PDF Files. Both will need to be filled out. The Client Application by the person applying for Rental Assistance and the Property Manager Application by the Property Manager of the Apartment for the person applying for Rental Assistance. Both files can be filled out online and emailed to us if you are not able to print these files and fill them out by pen. To best fill the form online it is best to use a desktop computer.
Please Note: If this is for Mortgage Assistance then instead of downloading the Property Manager Application, please download the Lender's Application.
