Exceptions can be made for clients who are currently enrolled in a case management program. The TSA Social Services department would need a referral letter or an email from an agency representative letting us know about their client’s enrollment. Letter or emails from agency representatives may also be used in lieu of proof of address and income, one time. We will accept a photocopy of a client's ID only once, if it's accompanied by a letter or email from an agency representative.
