Office Hours

Food boxes are available from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m., Monday through Friday.
All other services are available from 1 to 3 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Requirements

Most services require you to be a resident of Washoe County; however, we do offer transient services as well.  All persons will be required to show valid identification (an exception is made for persons requesting food for the first time), identifying information for other persons in the household, proof of residency and proof of income eligibility.

Exceptions can be made for clients who are currently enrolled in a case management program. The TSA Social Services department would need a referral letter or an email from an agency representative letting us know about their client’s enrollment. Letter or emails from agency representatives may also be used in lieu of proof of address and income, one time. We will accept a photocopy of a client's ID only once, if it's accompanied by a letter or email from an agency representative.
